It is strongly recommended that the Mentor and Mentee meet up shortly after the match is confirmed, preferably the week after.

In our experience, it’s more likely for the mentoring program to be effective for both parties if the first meeting is scheduled in a timely manner.

The inability to connect within the first month can lead to disqualification from the program, since it’s disrespectful to the other committed party.
