The Mentee is required to have clear objectives and goals, unless she states that she just wants general support for the duration of the program.

The program is meant to be a safe container to talk, debrief, grow and connect. Each session or call focus and topics are dependent on what she specifically needs at that time that will help her on her journey, work, and mission.
