Are there any disqualification factors?

A lack of attention and communication are the main factors that lead to disqualification.

Disqualification is rare, but it can happen. The following cases outline the few situations that warrant disqualification:

    • If either the mentor or the mentee don’t attend the monthly mentoring sessions. Participants will be given two opportunities to honor their commitment. In the unlikely event that either party doesn’t attend two previously scheduled meetings without making every effort to reschedule and notify the other person in advance, they will be disqualified from the program. To report this type of absence to the team, please contact the Community Moderators using the orange chat bubble in the bottom right of the World Pulse website.
    • If either the mentor or mentee do not abide by the World Pulse community guidelines. To report a violation of community guidelines, contact the Community Moderators using the orange chat bubble in the bottom right of the World Pulse website. If an action is found to be in violation of our community guidelines or Terms of Service, appropriate action will be taken.
