If you need to reset your password but don't have access to your email, please contact the World Pulse community moderation team by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen:
And select 'new conversation'.
You will be prompted to enter in the email address you would like us to use to contact you. If a member of the team is not able to reply promptly, we will follow up by email. Share any and all details, including:
1. Your username
2. The previous email you used
3. The new email you would like to use
4. Any other details you think we should know!
We will work to follow up as quickly as possible.
