Fundraising Do’s and Don'ts 

World Pulse believes it is critical to direct more funding resources to women community leaders. On World Pulse:

• DO NOT send private messages to members soliciting funds, for any reason.
• DO NOT post links for personal fundraising, ie. for rent, food etc; however, you MAY include links to outside fundraising pages or crowdfunding campaigns. We recommend sharing links in the context of a story or initiative update about your project.
• DO search the Resources sections for funding toolkits, trainings, and opportunities related to your work.
• DO turn to the World Pulse community for advice on refining your pitch, making your campaigns actionable, and otherwise drawing support for your causes. You can also ask members for advice on how they have successfully fundraised for their work.

World Pulse does not endorse individual member fundraising campaigns. 

We encourage our members to build relationships and trust with each other. If you want to financially support someone you have met on World Pulse, you must conduct your own due diligence and use your own discretion when choosing to send funds to any members.
