World Pulse is a global social network where every woman’s voice can rise up to make a difference. On World Pulse, 80,000 women from across 227 countries are taking collective action. Our network reports that they’ve impacted 24.5 million more people in their communities as a result of their connections on our platform.

We are on a mission to create a world where our community thrives: one click, one comment, one connection at a time. We envision a future where everyone believes in the power of her own voice and uses it to build a world where all life thrives. We strongly believe that when our community's voices are heard, and connected, they transform the world for the better.

“Our community is not only a safe space but an incubator where thunder voices are hatched or harnessed.” - Sally Maforchi Mboumien, Cameroon

World Pulse strives to be a safe, supportive, and brave space for women and for all who support gender justice to catalyze our mission. We celebrate the unique attributes, characteristics, and perspectives of every person. At the same time, we are facilitating space to amplify women’s voices and build a community that values, respects, and cares for every individual.

"I'll encourage anyone who believes in themselves, even when no one believes them or their story, to join World Pulse because this is an accommodative community that embraces equity, equality, diversity and inclusion." - Harriet Afandi, Kenya.

When you join our global social network, you're joining a worldwide community of voices that are speaking out and lifting each other up. Add your voice, connect with a growing and passionate community, and build solidarity with your fellow community members across the globe.

How do we do this? World Pulse focuses on three key areas:

COMMUNITY

Everyone has a voice in our supportive online community. Our online network is a sanctuary where everyone with access to the internet can be heard, access  resources, and connect with like-minded others and organizations from 227 nations to solve global problems. We are a safe space for everyone who believes in the importance of achieving gender equity — including men and gender diverse individuals.

STORYTELLING

We magnify the power of YOUR voice. Our editorial desk crowdsources powerful stories and solutions and promotes them to media outlets and influential forums.

TRAINING

We equip you with tools to be a digital-savvy changemaker. Our Digital Ambassadors are  equipping their communities of changemakers working at the grassroots with the digital skills to use their voice to build online and offline movements for change.

MENTORING

The Community Mentoring Program is a six month program to form deep connections between Changemakers (Mentees) & Encouragers (Mentors) on World Pulse. There is no cost to be mentored on World Pulse. Community Mentors commit to hold space, provide individualized attention, and encourage World Pulse Changemakers towards their objectives over a six-month period.

Read some beautiful testimonials and tributes to World Pulse and the sisterhood from our cherished community members themselves:

"No matter what we face, now we celebrate together globally. Thanks to Mildred, young girls in Cameroon have knowledge of their bodies and pads for when they menstruate. Thanks to Linda, widows have a collective detergent production business and can sew products for money, in these government money systems built on women working for free. Thanks to Betty, children are in school, not farming. Thanks to Maria, there are healing circles in House of Hope and Healing. Thanks to Nisreen, we know of women’s actions being controlled in Libya, and of women gathering with demands for change. Thanks to Sally, there is a women’s peace group in Cameroon, thanks to Neema, the Mama Shujaa Centre holds gatherings for women in the DRC where women run in joy to be with each other under the tent. Thanks to Jefiter and Grace in Nigeria women are gaining digital skills. Thanks to Laurinda in Mozambique children know their rights and young women claim the right not to marry early. Thanks to Jesusina in Nigeria girls are being mentored and women in prison not forgotten. Thanks to Busayo and Caroline new generations of girls are growing into confident women who know how the world could be, and are already in this growing circle. Thanks to so many, girls who have been trafficked are found." - Tamarack Verrall, Canada

"Well without Digital Technology, there would be no Global Network like World Pulse , operating on the level it does, I would not have had an opportunity to meet the most amazing , empowered, purpose driven SHERO,s I've ever met , I would not have been able to read the powerful stories and thoughts and accomplishment  of these women ." - Elizabeth Francis, Trinidad and Tobago
