How do I know my responses have been recorded?

When you complete a World Pulse pop-up survey and select Submit, you should see an on-screen confirmation (for example: “Thank you for sharing your feedback.”). Once you see that message, you’re all set—your input is saved to our system and linked (when applicable) to your World Pulse member account or session ID. Additionally:

No duplicate prompts: Our surveys are configured to stop showing once a valid response is captured for your session/account. That’s a quick way to know your response has been received.

Partial vs. complete responses: If you close the survey window before submitting, nothing is saved. Only clicking Submit triggers a save.

Connectivity issues: On weak connections, it may take a moment. Stay on the page until the confirmation appears.

If you don’t see a confirmation:

  • Try submitting again.
  • If the survey reappears the next time you log in, your earlier responses likely didn’t go through.
  • If the survey does not reappear, that usually means we’ve already recorded your response.

Still unsure? Just email us at community@worldpulse.org with the subject line Survey Confirmationand (if you can) include a screenshot or approximate date/time. We’ll verify your submission.
